hey guys! just got bore with your ordinary regular snacks, so here i am with healthy crackers for snacks with various types to make you feel tasty and to make you stay fit.


Ingredients- for healthy crackers

 chickpea flour – 200gm

paprika- 2tsp

salt- to taste

water – 100 ml

oil- 3 Tbsp

flex seed – 5 gm

black pepper- 1tsp



Take chickpea flour in a bowl and add paprika and salt and mix them well.

 Add water and oil one by one in it.

  Bind the dry ingredients with water and oil and neat it well.

  Roll it thin spread some flex seeds on it with crushed black pepper powder.

  Give it a shape like triangle or rectangle and bake for 10-15 minutes 350f.


Ingredients – for healthy crackers

Brown rice – 200gm

Quinoa – 200gm

Soya sauce – 3 Tbsp

Flax – 10gm

Chia seed – 10gm

Sesame seed – 10gm

Salt- to taste                  

Oil – 2 Tbsp

  Cook brown rice and quinoa in different utensils.

Blend cooked rice and then add cooked quinoa with soya sauce and blend, salt.

Add flax, chia, sesame seed, mash all seeds in the blend and make a mix.

Ready your oven tray by placing butter paper with oil on it.

Grease other butter paper place the mix between both paper roll it thin.

Shape it with shape cutter as round or fairy shape.

VEGGIE FLAX CRACKERS for healthy crackers


Bell pepper – 250 gm

Corn- 250gm

Flax seed powder – 30gm

Salt- to taste



Blend red bell pepper and corn.

Then add salt, flax seed powder and grind again.

Spread the mix on butter paper after oiling it evenly.

 Make shape such as square or rectangle and bake them on 350f for 15-20 minutes.

PIZZA LENTILS CRACKERS for healthy crackers


Red lentils- 200gm

Water- 100ml

Pasta sause-2 Tbsp

Oregano- 1 tsp

Red chili flakes- 1tsp

Salt- to taste

Oil- 2 Tbsp


Blend dry red lentils.

 Add water, pasta sauce, oregano, red chili flakes,salt, oil and mix.

 Add oats flour and mix it well

Ready the tray and spread the mix on the butter paper after oiling and placing it to tray.

Bake it for 15-20 minutes on 350f.

BEETROOT CRACKERS for healthy crackers


Beetroot – 300gms

Oats 200gms

Salt- to taste

Red chili powder- 1Tbsp

Chia seed – 2 Tbsp

Flax seeds – 2 Tbsp

Oil- 2 Tbsp



Slice beetroot into big pieces and cook it in steam for 10 minutes.

Blend oats, steamed beetroot together.

Add salt, red chili powder, chia seeds and flax seeds in it and mix well.

Ready your tray by placing butter paper cover with oil.

 Spread the mix on the tray, by making rectangle shape on it.                

Place it in over for 10- 15 minutes in 350f.

Green cracker for healthy crackers


Kale- 200gm

Spinach- 200gm

Mint – 15-20 leaves

Wheat flour- 250gm

Salt-to taste

Red chili powder- 1Tbsp

Cinnamon powder- 1 Tsp

Flax seeds- 2Tbsp

Collect kale, mint and spinach leaves in a grinder and grind well.

Add wheat flour, salt, red chili powder, cinnamon powder, grind again.

 Add flax seeds and mix well.

 Ready your tray by placing butter paper cover with oil.

  Spread the mix on the tray, by making rectangle shape on it.

  Place it in over for 10- 15 minutes in 350f.
